"I worked for Focus Workforce Management, a temp service for Kawasaki. The management was awesome, but the job was grueling. I hated waking up each morning knowing I had to spend 9 hours there. Cons: Grueling work, hardly any breaks"

"Because I was quiet and socially awkward my team leader complained to ASI. I was told I was acting odd and incoherent so I was going to be let go. I then explained to them they my supervisors made me feel stupid and uncomfortable,so no I didn't seem out conversion I just did my job. They then told ASI that I'm not a fit there but my previous supervisor said I was one of his best workers. made me feel uncomfortable dad Cons: Staff is judgmental, make you feel inadequate, they get annoyed when you ask for help, they are annoyed when you don't instantly understand what it is they want you to do."

"A typical day at work would consist of standing on a line in one place for the entire shift, minus the one 10 min break and 20 min lunch. I learned a lot bout lawn mower engines and how to assemble them. I didn't really get to know any co-workers as this is a facility where there is no time to chat or converse. The hardest part of the job is standing on your feet all day and getting used to the fast pace work. The most enjoyable part of the job was the pay check every week. Cons: short breaks, long drive if you dont live in Maryville"

"I have been working at Kawasaki Heavy Industries full-time Cons: Human resources is a joke, worst i have ever seen in my career, so called management is only there because, nobody wants them or they couldn't get hired anywhere else. Been there awhile, I have never seen so many get hired, then they quit right away, and forget about giving a 2 week notice, they will walk you out right away, unless you have something they want, the worst so called Human Resource ever, cannot be trusted, then after you are gone they will spread rumors about how you left, amazing they are even still employed."

No more borrowing units, no more offsite Christmas parties, no more great insurance, bye bye pension. Meanwhile, some moron decided to bring in expensive former car execs to run things. This is where our pensions went? These guys could have been selling microwaves for all they cared. They didn't understand their customer - they were three to do their time and collect their 1 million dollar bonus. The sheer waste on outside counsel, outsourcing companies, artwork for the presidents house - it was maddening to see the money they could have been directed at the people that made Kawi what it was. With the golden handcuffs gone, the exodus started. We stayed because we were promised a pension in lieu of the cruddy salaries - and with the soul of what Kawasaki was having been left behind in the walls and corridors of the old building, there wasn't really a reason to stay. 70 year old ladies and going on 80 year old men who have nothing to do hanging around 10 years longer than they should - effectively causing a traffic jam in the promotion department. Going to HR with s genuine problem? Plan on finding a new job. Completely useless. - you will never ever get them to discipline a manager / unless it involves sexual harassment - then they just promote the accuser so she will be quiet."

"I have been working at Kawasaki Heavy Industries full-time Cons: I wonder why the majority of people in this site have nothing good to say about this company, besides the fun about the motorcycles and other vehicles. Top management Irvine CA has been drowning the company for too too many years without being fired or demoted. The company constantly struggles financially, tens of millions are lost or wasted, but the blame is always pushed down the chain of command, so top management can maintain their positions of power and privilege. Those who rise the ranks are not the bright ones, but those who do not question management, no matter how wrong they are. This environment promotes inept managers and top management that do not have the needed knowledge and mental cleverness, but they are blindly loyal to the "herd". All this is well known by all employees, but they keep their head down and say nothing in fear of risking a promotion or being fired. But even if they get a promotion, how can you feel accomplished knowing that you got promoted (not for being bright and having the skills), but because you don't question the "herd"."

Importing the "hive mentality" of its parent company, independent thought is discouraged. Those who rise the ranks of this company are those who do not question the management, no matter how wrong (in every sense of that word), and avoid making tough decisions (because hiding behind the consensus of others provides the protection of the herd). As the company struggles financially, the blame for that is always pushed down the chain of command as far as those in power can push, so that they maintain their positions of power and privilege. "Let me tell you about how this Company an one of thier Dealerships (Croosroard Kawasaki) Upper Darby Pa. Pulled a fast one on me while I was being setup for a swindle an they did nothing to help me ... I was in a rush to catch a plane to a Military Reunion an was ask by So called friends to meet them enroute to Philadelphia Airport... I pulled in a was immediately set upon by a sales men to hel this so called friend with his Moth6in tow to Cosign for a $5500.00 100 cc Drot bike...I signed the papers in a rush as now I was running late for my Plane an TSA was still ahead... After leaving it turns out I unknowingly signed a $11.000 dollar line of credit an the bike was part of it ... So now I'm in a plane an the Buke is now in my name unknown to me till 6 weeks later but that's a whole other story ... This Dealership named above...gave the bike that was un my name henceforth I owned it me a 100% Service connected Disabled Veteran I have trouble walking ... Said bike Mother an Son flew the nest an I've never seen the bike or know where it's at ever seen it so now ... Kawasaki wants its money an precede to ruin 820 Credit score an will not assistance in any way was ever offered nor followed up o. IT WAS ALL MY PROBLEM an bet Kawasaki sylocks that they are wants to continue to ruin me 3 years later ... Buy American Harleys rule rice burners suck ...beware So called friends an non helpful cimpanies an 1 star is 1 too many for this company an Dealership"

"I have a 2020 krx. I love the machine. But we ride in mesquite Nevada and going over a rock section on the trail about 100 yards past it I noticed the machine was overheating. Like 260 deg. I only had 200 miles of flat road riding before this section of trail. The over flow jug was puking coolant out. And I noticed the cooling fan was not running it looked like it was trying to run but not. And when it did start it’s like it got momentary voltage and would just start up and coast to a stop again. Finally after turning the key on and off multiple times the fan started to work then the engine started to cool down. I believe there must have been a air bubble in there somewhere and going over that rock section brought it loose or something and then Vapor locked the water pump or something I put a half a water bottle of water back in it and everything seem to recover. And my friend who was riding with us had a brand new 2021 with 50 miles on it and 1 mile down the trail from where I had my issue he did the same thing but never would recover ended up destroying the engine. So I ended up dragging him to the destination we were going to spend the night and all the way home a total of 130 miles. He took it to his dealer where we had both bought our machines from. The dealer is an amazing dealer a great guy and a very very personal experience to buy from. But two payments later on his machine and still has no answers or any end in sight of getting it fixed and put back in his garage. I wish some answers could come and also figure out what we are going to do with my machine because it also got as hot as his did. The dealer has contacted Kawasaki multiple times but no answers are coming back to him to get this machine fixed that he paid $20,000 for so he can at least use it instead of sitting at the dealer waiting for answers on what they are going to do. In my opinion as hot as it got a whole complete engine, it actually melted a sensor in the front of the engine it got so hot. I feel that he needs a new complete engine installed in that machine rather than a rebuild I don’t see what the issue is with sending a new engine on a machine that only has 70 miles on it. I don’t feel that is wrong to do and my machine only had 200 miles on it I feel there needs to be something done with it also."
